Grand Haven’s signature summer art festival returns to Washington Avenue on Saturday and Sunday.
This two-day event features on eclectic mix of original art and a separate art and craft market. The artists and crafters are selected from hundreds of applicants to ensure a variety of artistic media with broad appeal.
A Green Market will feature exotic quality flowers, plants and gourmet items. Admission is free.
The Grand Haven Art Festival and family fun day is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at 233 Washington Ave.
“This event is a wonderful celebration of the arts,” said festival promoter Howard Alan. It is very much like an outdoor art gallery, perfect for art enthusiasts and collectors interested in new quality investments as well as the casual shopper looking for unique gift items.”
