Rangers improved to 10-8-1

The Cassopolis baseball team improved to 10-8-1 on the year with a sweep of visiting Michigan Lutheran in non-league action Thursday.

The Rangers won 19-4 in three innings and 12-2 in five innings.

Vashaun Morgan picked up the win in both games.

The Rangers finished the day with 21 hits, including a home run by Austin Green and doubles by Nick Baker, Jeremiah Hartsell, Travis Edwards, Alex Voss and Randy Kirk.
