Chieftain grapplers swept by Wildcats, Bulldogs

OTSEGO — The Dowagiac wrestling team was swept by Three Rivers and Vicksburg in Wolverine Conference action at Otsego High School Monday.

The match was a make-up from earlier this month.

The Chieftains were defeated by Three Rivers 75-6 and by Vicksburg 66-6.

Scott Hassle pinned Nate Eldridge in 3:16 at 152-pounds for the Chieftains’ lone win against the Wildcats.

Tristan Howard pinned Mo Quesade in 2:25 at 285-pounds for Dowagiac’s only win against the Bulldogs.
