The Dowagiac Pony League All-Star team remained undefeated by winning the Lakeshore All-Star Tournament this past weekend.

Dowagiac defeated Lawrence 12-7 in the semifinals to advance to the championship.

The all-stars once again played long ball as Kale Britton and Hunter Williamson collected a solo and a three-run home run.

Buchanan provided the competition in the title game and forced Dowagiac to rally for a 15-10 victory.

The game went back-and-forth with five lead changes. A late double by Andrew McIntosh ignited a rally that ended with a home run by Derek Flory to put the game out of reach.

Chance Wernlund picked up the victory with Britton coming on to close out the game.
