Cass County Democrats will caucus to nominate Barack Obama for president from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday at its headquarters 804 E. State St. (near Family Dollar) in Cassopolis.
All Cass County Democrats are invited to show their support for the candidate, and to kick off the election cycle. There are petitions for Sen. Debbie Stabenow and Mike O’Brien, the Democratic candidate for U.S. House of Representatives.
Those attending the caucus must bring identification showing they reside in Cass County.
