Bridges Out Of Poverty graduation March 5

Our Father’s Family Keeper Ministries (OFFKM) is proud to announce the celebratory graduation and dinner of its first sponsored “Bridges Out Of Poverty Getting Ahead Class,” Wednesday March 5 at the Vandalia Village Hall, beginning at 5 p.m.

This class was conducted by certified teachers and utilized the official materials available from the Aha! Process. The Aha! Process is an award-winning training and publishing company providing workshops, publications, and consulting services to help improve lives and build sustainable success in communities, schools and higher education.

Each graduate will share their plan to create a new future story.

The program is based on the nationally acclaimed Bridges out of Poverty model and seeks to reduce the number of people who are in poverty in the surrounding area. Community leaders and persons interested in becoming part of the solution to provide a “hand up instead of a hand out” for the communities surrounding Vandalia are invited along with others just wanting to see what the program is all about.

Reservations are encouraged by contacting Bianca L. May, aka Sister May, at (269) 476-1257 by Friday.
