Morris E. “Moe” Lepine, 74, of Dowagiac, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 8, 2019, at Boregess Hospital in Kalamazoo.

Morris was born Feb. 24, 1945, to Leo and Antoinette (Lagace) Lepine in Springfield, Massachusetts.

He proudly serviced his country in the U.S. Air Force.

On Jan. 15, 1977, he married the love of his life, Anna Svelnys, in Manchester, Connecticut.

Morris was an engineer for many years working as a safety manager for OSHA.

In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and shopping at the local flea market. Morris had a love for the outdoors, and he could often be found gardening and fishing. Most of all, he loved his family and will be missed by all who knew him.

Morris is survived by his children, Tammy Lepine, Mark Lepine and Mike Lepine; granddaughters, Meghan Lepine, Samantha Lepine and sister, Florence.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Anna Lepine, and his siblings.
