Emma Gene (Fowler) Kelly, 74, of Niles died Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014. Her funeral will be Friday, October 10, at noon at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, Niles.
