Annette Rogers, of Mauston, Wisc., died May 18, 2013 in Madison. She was 56 years old.

She entered into this world on July 27, 1956. She was raised most of our childhood on a dairy farm on the southwest side of Dowagiac. She attended Dowagiac schools.

She later married William Swisher, and had four children, Pricilla Swisher, Chasity Swisher, William Swisher Jr. and Allen Swisher.

Annette was a member of Summerville Baptist Church. She loved her God and family. She spent a lot of her adult life caring for the elderly and afflicted.

She later moved to Wisconsin, where she lived out her life working in house keeping and helping others.

She became ill with cancer and the loving lord ended her pain and suffering to receive her to him. All that knew and loved her will miss her dearly.

A memorial service for Annette will be held at 3 p.m. on Dec. 12, at the Summerville Baptist Church. Pastor Gregor will be officiating.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the family.
