Bruce Ronald Turnbow, 50, of Cassopolis, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend.

Bruce was born Nov. 24, 1962 in Niles, Michigan to James, Sr., and Peggy (Dykes) Turnbow. His father preceded him in death. His mother survives.

He married Lori Marie Yeager June 2, 1984 in Dowagiac, Mich. She also survives. He was also preceded by one brother, Kenny Turnbow.

Bruce loved to have fun. He loved his family, especially his mom and his grandbaby. He liked riding his bike and Harley Davidson shops. Bruce loved music and concerts. He would do anything for anybody, regardless of who it was. Bruce was a hard worker. He provided the best home he could for his entire family.

Bruce will be greatly missed by family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Lori (Yeager) Turnbow of Cassopolis; two sons, Joshua Turnbow, Scott Turnbow, both of Cassopolis; his great niece Kristin Turnbow; one grandson, Conner Turnbow; his mother, Peggy Barkes of Dowagiac; three sisters, Phylis (Larry) Koppman of Houston, Texas, Pam (Scott) Wiles of Marcellus, Yvonne Leighten of Indianapolis; six brothers, James (Rena’) Turnbow, Jr. of Mishawaka, David Benjamin Turnbow of Dowagiac, Leslie Thomas Turnbow of Dowagiac, Jeffrey Todd Turnbow of Niles, Keith (Vickie) Turnbow of Marcellus, Tim Turnbow of St. Joseph; and a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Family and friends will gather Friday, Sept. 13, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 12 Noon in Connelly Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 202 North Broadway Street, Cassopolis with the Reverend Scott Wiles officiating. Mr. Turnbow will be laid to rest in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens, Sumnerville, Mich.
