Donna’s life began on February 10, 1960 in Dowagiac, the daughter of (Philomena deceased and Glen Wesaw deceased) and Victor and Geraldine Starrett.

Donna, 50, of Dowagiac, is survived by: her son, Douglas Starrett Siri of Rolling Prairie, Ind.; parents, Victor and Geraldine Starrett of Niles; brother, Ervin “Butch” (Tina) Starrett of Niles; nephew, Victor Wesaw of Edwardsburg; caregiver “cousin,” Cathy Jackson of Dowagiac; and grandson, Michael Starrett Jr.

Donna passed away on Thursday, Nov. 25, 2010, at her home surrounded by the love of her family.

Her family will gather with friends on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Yazel and Clark Chapel, where her funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Mike Rapp and Clarence Syrett officiating.

Donna is preceded in death by a sister, Lawanda Wesaw, and Michael Starrett.

Instead of memorial contributions, family would prefer flowers.
