The Niles Haunted House Board of Directors is awarding a $500 scholarship to a Niles High School and a Brandywine High School senior.

The NHS scholarship, in memory of Lou Milley, and the BHS scholarship, in memory of John Carlson, are awarded to a high school senior based on his or her community service, economic need and academic merit.

In order to be considered for this scholarship, community service is a must. The Lou Milley scholarship gives preferential treatment to those applicants who have a background in or plan on majoring in graphic arts.
