Colleen E. Six, 57, of 2155 West Bertrand Rd., Niles, died at 6:40 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 23, 2010 at her home in Niles of natural causes.
She was born Aug. 26, 1953 in Buchanan. She was a lifetime area resident.

Colleen was a homemaker and involved with New Creation Fellowship and House of Prayer Ministries. She was a very compassionate, loving and giving person.
She married Aaron Six on June 13, 1992 in Buchanan.
Colleen is survived by her husband, Aaron, of Niles; son, Richard Metz of Niles; daughter, Rachel Metz of Niles; brother, Jack (Betty Ann) Hittle of Statesville, N.C.; sister, Betty Vanderboegh of Niles; and four grandchildren, Kaytlyn, Dakota, Sebastian and Cody.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Donna Hittle.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, 2010 at Church of the Nazarene in Buchanan with Pastor David Klahr of New Creation Fellowship officiating.
Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010 at Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan.
