Dowagiac City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 241 S. Front St.
Resolutions to be considered include:
• To authorize budget amendments.
• To amend the personnel policy to meet criteria of Economic Vitality Incentive Program (EVIP).
• To authorize the City Treasurer to pay bills of $206,021.34 and payroll due of $168,860.
• To adjourn to closed session to discuss collective bargaining between the city and IBEW Local 876.
