Brandywine finishes fifth at Bronson Duals

BRONSON — Brandywine wrestling was back in action Saturday and took fifth place at the Bronson Duals with a 3-2 record.
In pool play, the Bobcats dropped matches against Hanover Horton (48-36) and Lake Odessa Lakewood (54-28), but defeated Lawton (45-34).
In the consolation bracket, Brandywine defeated Battle Creek Pennfield (48-30), and then knocked off White Pigeon (48-30).
Going undefeated for the day were Drake Heath (103; 23-5), Tucker Vaughn (112; 11-8) and Hunter Heath (145/152; 28-1).
Brandywine will travel to Berrien Springs today for a BCS Conference quad against the host Shamrocks and Lawrence.
