Kenneth G. Brant, 81, of Spring Hill, Florida, formerly of Dowagiac, passed away suddenly on Sept. 14, 2019.

Kenneth was born on March 15, 1938, to the late Kenneth and Dora (True) Brant in Niles.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Carol Brant; son, Elmer Brant; brothers, Robert and John Brant; and a sister, Kathryn Kiggins.

Kenneth is survived by his brothers, Gerald Brant, of Niles, and Jack Brant, of Land O’ Lakes, Florida; a sister, Dorothy Libey, of Niles; and a wonderful brother-in-law, Ernest Libey, of Niles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a longtime friend, Kay Hight.

Kenneth was an over the road truck driver for 36 years. He was an avid listener of classic country music and enjoyed watching westerns on TV.

Kenneth is being cremated and arrangements have been entrusted to Brewer and Sons, of Spring Hills, Florida.

There will be a celebration of life for Bud at 4 p.m. on Oct. 26, 2019, at the Eagles in Niles.
