Benton Harbor police searching for people of interest in unsolved homicide

BENTON HARBOR — The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety is asking for the public’s help in regards to an unsolved homicide.
Authorities are looking for two people of interest: Jamaal and William Roseburgh. The brothers are suspected of being present at the fatal shooting of Aundre J Sanders, 22.
The murder occurred at approximately 1:36 a.m. July 1, 2018, when officers with the Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety received a call to clear a party in the 1000 block of Lavette in Benton Harbor. As officers began clearing people and vehicles, they heard shots fired in the 900 block of Lavette.
Witnesses identified Jamaal and William Roseburgh as present at the shooting. BHDPS detectives said they need to speak with both individuals.
On July 3, 2018, an absconder warrant was issued for Jamaal Roseburgh.
