I had made a bad decision to pay for services not completed — called the State Police post here in Niles.  I was told there was nothing they could do.

In a few minutes Joe Cook called and proceeded to call the fellow with the money — to make a long story short Joe was successful in getting my money back. He took time to keep get this problem resolved.

Hats off to a fine State Trooper.
