It is my pleasure to go on record as supporting Patrick Bakeman for Ward 1 City Council of Dowagiac.

Born and raised in Dowagiac, Mr. Bakeman and his wife have chosen our great city to raise their family and invest his time giving back. Mr. Bakeman is not only a small business owner, but an active member of the Young Professionals of Greater Dowagiac, where he is constantly striving to better our community through sponsorships and community events.

Through his volunteering with the Dowagiac Youth Soccer League, he has proven that he is always willing to spend his time lending a helping hand and cares about the youth and future of Dowagiac.

Mr. Bakeman embodies qualities that we all should value in our residents, business owners and in our leadership. His kindness, humility and passion for our community make him a great candidate for this position.
