When I think of all the qualifications I would like to see in the Circuit Court Judge for Cass County, I can sum them up in two phrases: good judgment and superior experience.
I have personally observed both of these qualities in Scott Teter.
I have known Scott for over 28 years. In that time I have watched him excel in his legal career, raise a great family along with his wonderful wife, Susan, and exercise exceptional leadership in our community and church. I have seen Scott make the hard decisions that come with these three areas of responsibility.
I cannot think of anyone I would rather have making the kinds of weighty decisions that a Circuit Court Judge is called upon to make.
