I support Mark Herman for Cass County Circuit Court Judge because Mark has continuously worked in and served the county for more than 34 years.

Mark’s opponent, Scott Teter, has not worked in Cass County for at least 13 years.

Mark has my support because he has been a prosecutor, defense attorney and a referee, in contrast to his opponent, who has primarily been a prosecutor his entire career.

I worked at the Cass County courthouse while Mark was a referee and his opponent was a prosecutor, and I support Mark because he has always treated me with respect and kindness when I was a law clerk and later on as a practicing attorney; and I have never seen him treat anyone else otherwise — either inside or outside of the courtroom.

Temperament is an important consideration when deciding who you are going to vote for as your next judge.

These are the reasons my family and I are voting for Mark Herman, and we encourage you to join us.
