Donald “Buck” Louis Reid, 85, of Dowagiac, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 5, 2015, at the First United Methodist Church, 326 N. Lowe St, Dowagiac, MI. Donald was born May 15, 1930 in Chicago, Illinois to Joseph and Olive (Epler) Reid. IN 1950 he married the former Marlene Anderson.

Donald is survived by one brother Joseph (Dottie) Reid of California; daughter Linda (Patrick) O’Keefe of Dowagiac; son Don (Monica) Reid of Kalamazoo; and his grandchildren Katie (Martin) Krohn, Ann (Chase) Healey and Ryan Reid. He was preceded in death by his wife Marlene and a brother Edward Reid.
