ST. JOSEPH, Mich. — What one would expect to find in a much larger city can be experienced this summer right in southwest Michigan.

The Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, July 11. and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 12.

For more than 50 years, those behind the Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff have made it their mission to bring people and fine art together.

Annually, the art fair draws upwards of 50,000 people, making it one of the most anticipated and best-attended events in the area.

From sculptures to paintings, photography and more, attendees will find something new and unique to peruse from the 200 renowned artists.

With more than 400 community members lending their involvement by volunteering, a sense of pride can be felt — pride for the community, for the artists from around the country, and for the people who lend their support.

Krasl Art Fair on the Bluff continues to grow, and this two-day event now boasts performing artists, a food court, pick-up service for larger pieces of art, parking and shuttle service, and a Kids’ Zone where art and activities are available for kids of all ages.

All are invited to check out this local event that has been rated a “Top 10 Art Fair in the Nation” by Sunshine Artist Magazine and sixth in Art Fair Calendar’s “Best Juried Fine Art Fairs.” The art fair kicks off Friday, July 10, with the Krasl Block Party, running from 5 to 9 p.m.
