Margaret H. Geegan, 86, of Dowagiac, passed away Monday, Oct. 27, at the Cass County Medical Facility in Cassopolis, Michigan.

Margaret was born Nov. 17, 1927, to Wallace and Phoebe (Biek) Luthringer in Dowagiac, Michigan. On Jan. 22, 1948, she married Charles Geegan. They made their home in Dowagiac, where she was a teacher’s aide in the Dowagiac School System.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St, Dowagiac, Michigan. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Maternity of Mary Catholic church in Dowagiac, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014.
