Kevin J Crocker, 58, of Niles passed away on Monday, Aug. 25, 2014 at Lakeland Community Hospital in Niles.

Kevin was born Oct. 22, 1955, to Horace and Evelyn (Hemp) Crocker In Niles. He graduated from Niles High School in 1975. On Nov. 11, 1978, he married Linda Siewert. Kevin was in the Air Force reserves for ten years and he loved hunting, fishing, Nascar and football.

He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Linda; children Samantha (Darrell Jr.) Vandenburg of Niles, Eric Crocker of Berrien Springs and Tyler (Christine) Crocker of Niles; brothers, Jim (Linda) Crocker of Niles, Bill (Barb) Crocker of South Bend and Craig (Mindy) Crocker of Buchanan; sisters, Kathy (Scott) Zieder of Niles and Pam Crocker of Lake Placid, Florida; step mom Madilyn Alfred-Crocker; step dad Jose Sanchez; grandchildren Seth Crocker, Hannah Crocker, Madeline Crocker, Lacie Crocker, Keila Crocker, Emmeh Crocker, Mileena Vandenburg, Darrell Vandenburg III, Samantha Vandenburg, Nicholas Vandenburg, Jacob Vandenburg, and Alayah Crocker.

He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother Mike Crocker.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. A gathering time will take place one hour prior to the service from 10-11 a.m.
