Sharon K. Parrish, 64, of Cassopolis, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, in herresidence.

She was born June 27, 1948, St. Louis, Mo., to Clifford and Helen (James) Ireland.

She married Paul Mrozek on Nov. 5, 2005, in Cassopolis. He survives.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Joyce Roach and Deborah Dyer; and one brother, David Ireland.

Sharon and her husband kept bees and sold the honey for Day Lake Apiary. Everyone knew her as “The Honey Lady.”

Sharon will greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Paul Mrozek, of Cassopolis; three daughters, Shawn Raza and Angel Parrish, of Texas, and Shelley Vrana, of Nebraska; five grandchildren; and one brother, Stanley Ireland, of Texas.

Family and friends will gather at 11 a.m., Sunday, March 3, 2013, for a memorial during the worship service in Chain Lake Missionary Baptist Church, 16853 Chain Lake St., Cassopolis, with the Reverend Norman D. Tubbs officiating.

The family prefers memorial contributions to the Cass County Cancer Service, Inc., P.O. Box 676, Edwardsburg, Michigan 49112.
