Patrick A. Colley, 34, of San Francisco, passed way July 5, 2012, at his home.

Patrick was born Nov. 28, 1977, in Niles, the son of Bryron Colley, of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Cindy Burnasse, of Florida.

He is also survived by his brothers, Bruce Colley, of Florida, and Chad Colley, of California; maternal grandparents, Beatrice (Hollis) Hogue, of Dowagiac, and Kenneth Falk, of Three Rivers.
