First Presbyterian Church, 115 Front St., Buchanan, is breaking ground for a project to repair its bell tower, which first must be taken down before renovation work can begin.
Following the groundbreaking at 10 a.m. today, a display of historical cocuments from the church will be available to view. The congregation dates back 165 years, and the current building was constructed in 1932.
