Northside Child Development Center, of the Niles Community School district, will hold its second 4-year-old registration at 7 p.m. March 15 at its building, 2020 North 5th St., in Niles.
Registration information for the Head Start and Early Learners programs will be available to parents. Children who will be 4 on or before Dec. 1, 2012, and who are residents of the Niles Community School distrit are eligible to apply.
