NILES — Jane Smith, 76, of Niles, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in Niles on Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011.
Jane graduated from Vogue Beauty College and opened Jane’s Beauty Shop in Niles. She owned and operated the beauty salon for 37 years until her 2008 retirement.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Oct. 18, from 5 to 8p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services follow on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at Wesley United Methodist Church at 1 p.m.  Pastor Ed Slate will be officiating. An interment will follow at Mission Hills Memorial Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made in Jane’s memory to Lakeland Hospice.
