Delores Eileen Mullen, 71, of Buchanan, died at 9:50 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010 at her home of natural causes.

She was born March 29, 1939 in Buchanan. She was a lifetime area resident and homemaker.

She married Louis Earl Mullen on July 19, 1953 in St. Joseph, Mich. He died Oct. 9, 2005.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Gertrude Baldwin; a brother, Edgar D. Baldwin; and three sisters, Maralyn Coleman, Wanita Marcado and Sharon Lester.

She is survived by her sons, Ricky Louis (Cindi) Mullen of Gary, Ind., Kyle (Karla) Mullen of Buchanan, and Steve (Connie) Mullen of Buchanan; daughter, Diane Mullen of Buchanan; sisters, Freda Marks of Berrien Springs, Reda White of Buchanan and Vickie Maggart of Niles; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010 at Hope Community Church in Niles with Pastor Michael Smith of the church officiating.

Burial will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 at Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan.
