NILES — Evelyn Joyce LaVanway, 77, of John Beers Road, Stevensville, passed away at Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph on Monday, Aug. 30, 2010.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter Lori (Ed) Caldeira of Seattle, Wash., two grandsons and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to honor Evelyn’s life will be held at North Shore Memory Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 4, at 11 a.m.

Memorial donations may be made in Evelyn’s memory to Grace Lutheran Church, 404 E. Glenlord Road, St. Joseph.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Niles.
