Brandywine kickers defeat Bridgman

Sam Low scored a trio of goals and Nicole Newman had a goal and an assist as the Brandywine soccer team defeated visiting Bridgman Monday night 6-1.

The win raised the Bobcats’ Lakeland Conference mark to 2-0. Brandywine is 3-3-1 on the year.

Low scored two goals in the first half and one in the second half.

Newman scored a first half goal and had a second half assist.

Michaela Greer also scored, while Angelika Anderson had a pair of assists.

Three Rivers at Niles
The Niles soccer team was blanked by visiting Three Rivers in a non-conference match Monday night 8-0.

Hannah McEnroe had four goals and two assists for the Wildcats.

Three Rivers led 5-0 at halftime.

The Vikings were outshot by the Wildcats 30-4.
