ST. JOSEPH – The Niles varsity volleyball team was swept by host St. Joseph in a Big 16 Conference West Division match.

The Lady Bears defeated the Lady Vikings 25-20, 25-22 and 25-18.

Ashley Allison led Niles with seven kills, two aces and 16 digs, while Becca Lewis had five kills and 13 assists.

Brittney Buti finished with 14 digs and Devyn Roberts four blocks.
