Margaret’s life began on June 18, 1928, in Chicago, the daughter of Michael and Helen (Kushon) Staykovich.

Margaret, 81, of Decatur, was united in marriage to John M. Milkovich on Dec. 31, 1946, in Chicago.

Margaret was a homemaker and a faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, John Milkovich of Decatur.

Her family received friends on Sunday from 3-5 p.m. at McLauchlin-Clark Funeral Home, where Deacon Frank Wesolowski prayed the Rosary at 5 p.m. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Mary Catholic Church in Sister Lakes.
