Paula Eash, of Buchanan, formerly of Ligonier, Ind., died Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2009, at 4:45 p.m. at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph.

A private family service will take place with burial to follow in Greenwood Cemetery, LaGrange, Ind.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, Sept. 19, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South, Ligonier, Ind.

She was born on Sept 21, 1948, in Sturgis, to Fred and Thelma (Paulus) Rowlison.

She worked in the health care profession and most recently worked for Lakeland Hospice in St. Joseph.

She was a member of Mt. Zion Lutheran Church and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Thelma Rowlison.

Surviving family includes three sons, Greg (Krista) Eash Eash of Ligonier, Ind. Marcus (Heather) Eash of Albion, and Chris (Janelle) Eash of Ligoner, Ind.; two sisters, Jetta Brown of LaGrange, Ind. and Sarah (Johnny) Knight of Orland; and six grandchildren, Kaitlyn Allyson, Payton, Jordan, Noah and Reagan.

Memorial contributions may be made to lakeland Hospice of St. Joseph, 211 Hilltop Road, Suite T, St. Joseph, MI 49085.
