Julio Mandez Ruiz, 83, of Lake Street, Niles, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, at Silverbrook Manor, Niles.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan, with the Rev. Ronald Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Ridge Cemetery, Buchanan.
