Glenn W. Lemmon, 78, of Beebe Road, Niles, and formerly of Dadeville, Mo., died on Sunday, June 21, 2009, in the Emergency Room of Lakeland Medical Center, Niles, from an apparent heart attack.

No services are planned. Cremation will take place with a burial in Adamsville Cemetery with U.S. Navy honors, due to his career in the military services.

He was born on Dec. 7, 1930, in Springfield, Mo., the son of Owen Campbell and Flossie (Smith) Lemmon. He just moved to the Niles area from Missouri, where he had lived for several yeaars.

He is surviveed by his wife, Frances I. Bralick-Hill; three daughters, Glenda (Rick) Thompson, Brinda (Anthony) Lambo and Tina (Brad) Nord; four sons, Glenn (Mary Lemmon, Jr., Corky (Lana Kay) Lemmon, Billy (Wendy) Hill and Donny Hill; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister,, Eilene Goodwin and two brothers, Larry (Karen) Vest and Leonard (Anor) Lemmon.

Arrangements were by Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, Edwardsburg.
