Rhonda E. Kugler, 58, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at Borgess Lee Hospital in Dowagiac in Michigan.

She was born Dec. 10, 1957, in Dowagiac, to Emmett and Lois (King) Kugler. Her parents preceded her in death.

Rhonda retired in 2014 from McCormick’s in South Bend, Indiana, after 15 years. In addition to her regular duties, she served the company in various capacities, including serving on committees for safety and the Christmas celebration. She enjoyed cooking and baking and faithfully watched her favorite food preparation shows on television.

Rhonda loved her dogs, Petey and Sparky. She was all about family big time. She enjoyed being with family and playing board games and card games. She was a huge fan of the Chicago Cubs.

Rhonda will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her younger twin sister, Wanda B. Kugler of Cassopolis; her brother, John C. (Rhonda) Kugler of Temple Terrance, Florida; and her niece, Anna Maldonado of Cassopolis.

Family and friends will gather from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2016, at Community Baptist Church, 28647 U.S. 12 West, Edwardsburg, with Pastor Dan Thomas and Pastor David Bell officiating.

The family prefers contributions in Rhonda’s memory be made to Community Baptist Church, 28647 U.S. 12 West, Edwardsburg, MI 49112.
