Michael William Vylonis, 70, returned to his heavenly home on Sunday Aug. 30, 2015. Mike was born Nov. 20, 1944, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. He lived a full and wonderful life, loved by many and adored by his own. His talents were multifaceted as a mechanical engineer/consultant, business owner and a singer/songwriter/arranger/musician; there was always a guitar close at hand and song. Mike’s personal relationship with his Lord was a current that flowed through every aspect of his life. Mike loved his wife, his family and his countless friends. He was a mentor to many. Walking in love, was from his very core.

He is survived by his wife, Noushin and his children, Michael Vylonis, Jeffrey Vylonis of Altamonte Springs, Florida and Mindy (Eric) Steinberg of Orlando, Florida. , and grandchildren; Anissa, Jorn, Zarah, (Michael) Christian, Breana, Brielle, (Jeffrey) Zane (Mindy) and great grandchild Idris (Anissa). Step Sons Amir Khosrow Sheibany and Alex Sheibany as well as step-grandsons Aiden & Lukas (Amir).

He leaves behind his brothers John Vylonis, Dowagiac, Mark Vylonis, Buchanan, and sisters; Lynne Garrison, Double Springs, Alabama, Kathryn Jurgenson, Niles, and Kara Shelton, Dowagiac, MI. as well as numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

Preceding him in death were; Louise D. Thumm, mother; John Vylonis, father; and Anissa L. Houser, niece.
