I would like to address the person who is complaining about the music being too loud at Massimo’s. Have you asked the owner to come to your house to see if the music is too loud?

So you say that you call the police about this. Have you had a police officer come to your door to hear the music?

Also, have you had a police officer come into your home with the TV on to see if they can hear the music?

You need prove that this is happening so the police can go back to the city council and say it is too loud, or is not too loud.

Niles needs business badly. It is nice to have this business in our town, and to have it outside as well.

I lived on the west end of town, and I heard the park music just a little. If I didn not want to hear the music, I would close my door and sometimes I would turn a fan on.

I used to live in apartments. You heard music, fighting and loud talking. It didn’t bother me. I turned my fan on and it blocked out the noise.

I live in a neighborhood with neighbors who play loud music all the time. Not one person complains about this. I have teenagers that play music loud as well. When we are outside we played music all the time.
