I was quite intrigued by an article I read in our local paper about the leadership in Bertrand Township and how everything was fine, just fine. But is it really?

With an election coming up and campaign signs going up I made a decision. I would look into the voting record of one of the candidates. I found this very difficult for the simple reason he had missed nine meetings.

I suppose he was too busy putting up campaign signs.
