Terry Lee Anderson, 60, of Niles died on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at his home in Niles following an extended illness. He was born Oct. 15, 1953, in Dowagiac to George and Deloris (Zachary) Anderson.

Terry drove truck for Michiana Recycle (formerly Acme Disposal) for many years. He really enjoyed truck driving, for both local and over-road deliveries.

Terry is survived by his daughter, Melodie Anderson of Elkhart, son Terry (Carressa) Anderson of Niles, five granddaughters and one grandson. Also surviving are brothers Russ Anderson of New Buffalo, Indiana, Phillip (Connie) Anderson of Sawyer, Michigan, Brian (Kathy) Anderson of Niles and Jeff (Sue) Anderson of Niles, a sister, Catherine Anderson of Buchanan, sister-in-law Kim Anderson and life-long friends Marsha Wreggelsworth and Sharon Anderson.

A time of sharing and memories for Terry Lee Anderson will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at the Halbritter Funeral Home in Niles with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Donations in memory of Terry may be made to the organization of choice.
