Robert W. Simmons, 69, of Niles passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka.

Robert was born October 10, 1944, to W. Horace and Roberta Simmons in Manchester, Tenn. On October 20, 1989 he married Linda Mann in Niles, Mich. He was a United States Army Veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Simmons, daughter; Audrey Simmons, son; Loren Simmons, brother; Dale, two sisters Elizabeth and Sue, and sister in law Jean.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Earl.
