Jeremy “Jay” Robert Adams, 32, of Niles, passed away Friday, August 2, 2013.

Jeremy was born on September 11, 1980 to Richard and Rebecca (Bishop) Adams in South Bend, Indiana. He was one of five children.
Jeremy had a great sense of humor, a big smile and a laugh that was contagious. He loved Notre Dame, watching UFC and Duck Dynasty, spending time outdoors and was known to tear apart a lawnmower or two; but most of all he loved his daughter.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Robert and Flora “Eva” Adams and maternal grandmother Rosemary Bishop.
Jeremy is survived by his daughter Alayna Adams of Niles, parents Richard and Rebecca Adams of Niles, maternal grandfather Ray Bishop, siblings Cory (Karla) Hubbard of Niles, Bridgett (Tim) Adams-Yoder of Niles, Shelli (Josh) Adams-Filson of LaPorte, Indiana and Cierha (Tim) Adams-Turnbo of Niles and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service to honor Jeremy will be held on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at Brown Funeral Home at 2 p.m. with a time of visitation one hour prior.
Memorial donations may be made in Jeremy’s name to Brown Funeral Home at 521 East Main Street, Niles.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Niles.
