Cheryl Ann Reed, 54, of Union, died Tuesday morning, July 23, 2013 in her residence, in the presence of her family.

Cheryl was born July 7, 1959 in South Bend, Ind., to Richard and Sharon (Hornung) Majewski. Her father preceded her in death. Her mother survives.

Cheryl was a great mom and friend with a passion for making sure that her family and friends were taken care of.

Cheryl will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Colleen (Rochelle Elliott) Reed of Union; her mother, Sharon Majewski of Cassopolis; her sister, Jennifer West of Cassopolis and her longtime companion, Michael Lambrecht of Union.

Family and friends will gather Friday for a time of sharing memories and stories of Cheryl’s life from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Connelly Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 202 N. Broadway St., Cassopolis.

The family prefers memorial contributions to the family to help defray expenses.
