Gary Lee Needham, 65, of Niles, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at his home in Niles.

Gary was born March 9, 1948 in Bakersfield, Calif., to Cecil Ray & Esther Henriette Needham, who both have preceded him in death.  He was a US Army veteran and worked as a machinist for Delta Machining in Niles. On Feb. 8, 1967 in Dowrey, CA, Gary married his childhood sweetheart since he was 12 years old, Mary Payne.

Surviving family include his wife, Mary; sons, Christopher Needham and Gregory (Debbie) Needham, both of Niles; daughters, Rhonda Cravens of Niles and Lisa Needham of Mishawaka, Ind.; 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; brothers, Marshall and Darrel Needham, both of Oklahoma; and sisters, Diana Venzen and Deborah Needham, both of Arkansas; and many nieces & nephews.

No services will be held. Hoven Funeral Home, Inc. of Buchanan is handling arrangements for the family.
