Donn Fairchild, 61, of Buchanan, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Ind., after a brief illness.

Donn was born on June 8, 1951, in South Bend to Robert and Eleanor (Curtis) Fairchild.

He is survived by his parents Robert and Eleanor (Curtis) Fairchild, of Niles, and son, David Fairchild, of Mishawaka. He was a friend to everyone he met.

In keeping with Donn’s wishes cremation has taken place, and there will be no services at this time.
