Scot H. Rutledge, 47, of Buchanan, passed away suddenly, but of natural causes, on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at his residence.
He was born in South Bend, Ind., to Dick Rutledge and Fran Hagood.
A truck driver most of his life, he also served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. Scot enjoyed watching television and spending time with family and friends.
Scot is survived by his parents, Dick Rutledge, of Niles, and Fran Hagood, of Niles; two brothers, Dick and Donald Rutledge, of Niles; and two sisters, Pamela and Dawn Rutledge, of Niles. He will also be remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Scot’s wishes, no public services will be held at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
