TIFFIN, Ohio – A pair of former Lakeland Conference standouts are hoping to help Tiffin University compete for a Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference football championship this season.
Buchanan’s Dustan Craig and Berrien Springs’ Joe Collard are ready to help the Dragons on both sides of the football.
Craig plays offensive line for Tiffen, which returned 40 letterwinners, including 19 starters. Collard is an All-GLIAC defensive lineman.
Collard had 62 tackles, including seven for loss last season.
The Dragons were picked to tie for sixth in the GLIAC’s South Division.
Tiffin opens the season Saturday at home against McKendree University.
